The EJANESS corporation was first conceived and started in 1996 by entrepreneur, Eric Jones, a reggae enthusiast, who saw a lack of a comprehensive outlet for this genre of music. Starting with a mail-order catalog the company quickly moved to the Internet and launched the first comprehensive online reggae store, ReggaeCD.com. With the burgeoning phenomenon of the World Wide Web ReggaeCD.com rapidly grew, servicing thousands of customers in over 65 countries. The success of our marketing model subsequently spawned other EJANESS subsidiaries including Ejaness Records, Reggae Rags Clothing, ReggaeKing.com (the most comprehensive Bob Marley store), DVDTrail.com (the most comprehensive reggae DVD store), and HealthyLivity.com (a supplements, natural remedies and personal care store). As new EJANESS web-stores continued to be launched, it became necessary for our constantly growing customer base to be able to access all our brands and stores through our corporate website. EJANESS.COM provides that elegant and user-friendly mall environment, in addition to corporate information including, membership, policies, employment, advertising, corporate sponsorship and other opportunities.

Retail customers can sign up to become an EJANESS member and receive an instant 10 % discount on orders at all five (5) EJANESS web-stores for 1 year. USA members within the 48 contiguous states will also receive free FedEx Ground shipping or 15 % discount on FedEx Express shipping. International members receive a 10% discount on shipping.

You can become an EJANESS member for 1 year for a non-refundable fee of $25. Two-year membership is for a non-refundable fee of $40.

An optional membership sign-up form is available at the checkout page of all EJANESS web-stores.

PRIVACY POLICY

All information gathered at any of EJANESS' web-stores will in no way be distributed or sold to anyone. We respect the right to your privacy and we will protect it. SHIPPING

Our shipping options are outlined on each website, select applicable shipping option at checkout. FREE SHIPPING is available for qualified retail orders to USA addresses that meet our minimum order requirements. Overseas airmail shipping charges for retail orders are based on package weight and determined after the order is packed and weighed. Shipping charges for other shipping options will be the exact amount charged by the courier (FedEx or USPS) for the method you select at checkout and is based on the weight, size and destination of the package.

RETURN POLICY

A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER MUST ACCOMPANY RETURNS. Please contact a customer service representative to obtain a RMA number, which must be placed on the outside and inside of your returned product packaging, for adequate identification. Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. Returned merchandise that complies with our full return policy will be replaced in kind.

Cart Security

All items available for direct Internet purchase through EJANESS' web-stores will be processed through our shopping cart on our secure server so that all your information will be 128 bit encrypted through our secure certificate to avoid being intercepted by a third party. Once an order has been placed, an order confirmation will be generated describing the goods ordered, this confirmation will be automatically sent to the email address you provided.

WHOLESALE

In order to shop wholesale from an EJANESS web store you must complete an online wholesale application for that particular store. A wholesale drop down menu, which include a "Sign-Up" link, is located in the navigation bar of each web-store. Once your application has been approved, using your access codes you will be able to enter and order from the wholesale section and view both wholesale and suggested retail prices. Of course you may re-sell at a higher price than our suggested retail prices.

Our company, EJANESS, has been in the business of promoting and selling reggae and specialty merchandise since 1996 and currently owns and operates a growing number of specialty web-stores.

Our advanced affiliate program at ReggaeCD.com, is being offered to a select few reggae websites that we believe embody our love and hopes for the world's most beloved genre of music. Unlike referral programs offered by other websites, first-time customers referred through your website will remain your referral for life or until our affiliate agreement ends. Affiliate members can log in at anytime using your assigned access codes to view orders derived from your website and their $ value.

Our current configuration for affiliates allows you to basically create your own customized version of ReggaeCD.com. Commission on orders received through affiliates' websites are calculated and paid for every calendar quarter.
